Hess Kennedy I was ripped off and told that they would help us but instead they have lowered my credit by 200 points Hilton Head , South Carolina Internet
I was told thet they would help us lower our monthly payments. They did that, but they also lowered our credit score by 200 points. This is because the banks did not accept their initial offer the first time and we got a statement from the bank stating that we were delinquent. I called hess Kennedy back and after several attempts to try and get ahold of somebody we finally did. they said that our bank didn't accept the offer and they needed to up the payments by another $11.00. That was fine we did that, but they never changed it over so our credit slowly drizzled down the toilet.
Now we are trying to buy a house and can not because of Hess Kennedy. Whatever you do, do not trust this company they will hurt you in every way possible.
