Complaint Review: Hess Kennedy

I needed to consolidate my debts after becoming disabled. I was refered to this company by a credit councilling person. I talked with a person there and aggreed to have $115.08 taken out of my checking account each month to pay my credit card debts. To this date, 12/12/2007, Hess Kennedy had taken almost $700 out of my account and not one of the credit cards have been paid. I found out today that the cards have all charged off my balances as bad debt. My credit rating has been destroyed by these people. Repeated letters to them get no reponse.
