Complaint Review: Hess Rottweilers

I just purchased a puppy a week ago Tuesday and I'm heart broken after having to say good bye on Tuesday night a week later after falling in love with my puppy she was being treated for parvo and died a day after being treated! i spent another 300 at emergency vet to try and save her they gave me everything to treat her at home because she wasn't even dehydrated yet! And I treated her for 24 hours and she died in my arms at 1045 tuesday! The lady refuses to answer my calls or texts! Her daughter told me she was out of town but who doesn't take there cell phone! I also didn't recieve my papers and AkC has no record of her litter?! 

I have owned a Rottweiler since the age of 16. I am now 40. Everyone I have ever owned, I received papers when purchasing the dog or shortly after. I was given a BS story about an accident she was in- then a month or two later her daughter was in an accident. My dog That I Still Have- will be a year old next month and I still do not have papers. I have emailed Tonya on her personal email and she even responded like she was going to be helpful. She told me to call offered her number - Then - Everytime we call- No Answer. Mailbox is full. Her number has been changed twice since I purchased my dog That I Still Have. Tonya has done nothing but lie since we purchased the dog. AKC has been contacted. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. The dog was quite pricey to never recieve papers. She goes on about these blood lines but has no papers to support it. I mean really, she says she has been doing this for 20 plus years. What proof is there? When She can't return a phone call or provide proper paperwork. What do other dogs AKC papers mean? I want my AKC papers. To bad she didnt attach them. Thats all I have wanted from the beginning. I have never had such a hassle. So if you want to be lied to and never receive your AKC papers. Then purchase a dog from Tonya. 2 or 3 unhappy customers... We are the only ones that took the time to care. Where she lives I am sure there are many puppies that did not go to "Good" homes. Lastly- I would just like to say, what kind of person lies about someone getting rid of their dog so they dont have to provide paperwork. I have my dog Tonya. I would like his papers. Stop making up lies.

I want everyone to know that sometimes dealing with Imports ur akc papers can take longer to get because the parents that are imported have to be DNA certified (requires ordering kit taking sample sending to akc about 4wks) plus u have to have  the papers from the country they parents are imported from with their pedigree, then u have to send that info into akc on each parent, akc then dual registers that dog with their kennel club. After all those papers come back then u have to send off the litter registration and wait for it to come  back then fill out the proper areas make copies of course then send out to each person. By time this took place it was my understanding they got rid of the puppy which in our contract it states they have to give breeder first right of refusal and they did not. So no I'm not giving akc papers to someone that breached my contract and does not own the puppy anymore. I live in the same place for 9 years my dogs have their own room not my bedroom, yes I do live in a traitor park as u know some traitors now are like houses I'm not a huge kennel that cannot tell u the last time their dog passed gas my dogs are like my family I only own 3 my house is clean and not dirty or I'm sure they would mention that jefferson lodge has a lot of open areas to let my dogs run free in and  even chase deer back in the wooded areas I have been breeding for 25 years and u may find 2-3 unhappy customers because u can't please every person every time but it seems a lot of other customers got their akc papers just fine.
