Hess Silas and night manager refuse to give me my gas after i paid st augustine, Florida

I went to the hess gas station located a 2505 us-1 lewis point road st augustine florida at 7:30pm to get gass. I parked a pump number one in my red chrystler concord. I brought my Son in with me to pay for gas and I gave the employee who's name was Sailas a 20dollar bill and said ten dollas on pump one. He handed me my 10 dollars change with no reciept. I went out to the pump and waited till he had started the pump which he didn't do. I was waiting about 5 mins. I walked back inside to ask him what was taking so long .seeing no customers I reminded him pump number one. He said ok. So I went back out to pump one and waited for him to start the pump.He never did. He called me in over the outside speaker.n I went in and reminded him it was my third time coming in here and would like my gass and want to go. He told me that I told him pump number 4 and another customer had taken my gas. I reminded him what had happen when I paid for my gass and said if he didnt believe me to rewind his camera tapes. He said it was my fault that I was wrong. He said that he would have to take money out his pocket to pay for my gas and I told him it is his fault he obviously screwed up and I wanted my money or my gass I paid for.

So I went out to pump number 1 a fourth time and he started the pump. It stopped at $4.97 he still owed me $5.03 which I was not getting because he stopped the pump. So the manager came out and tryed to explain that i was wrong also. Now keep in mind I come to this gass station everyday and spend $30 bucks or more every morning. I see this manager every time he's there. He even gave me a problem. I told him that his employee is absolutely wrong and I want the money owed to me or my gass I paid for. I told him to check his cameras also and he refused. I'm not sure why this happen to me but I can tell you I know I was right.

It was exactlly 8:02pm when I left and after spending a half hour of my time waiting for a measly $10bucks worth of gass I was not very happy. It the manager would have reviewed the security tapes he would have seen that the employee Silas serious screwed up. I am not sure what they were trying to do but I think he was trying to rip me off. As an employee im pretty sure i read it somewhere in bolded letters "The customer is always right, even when the customers is wrong". There is no point in arguing. it's just a job. its not something to be taken personal.

you should had asked for the cams to have been rewind and gotten your money back. And gotten this class a-hole fire so he doesn't do it to anybody else. now this guy is still probably still working there stealing people money without some of them even knowing it.
