Like many other disgruntal HP customers, i purchased a hp pavillion tx1000 tablet pc for colledge. After a year and a half the wifi chip wasent being detected, then eventually that changed to no display showing. After doing some research it turns out that Hp have been using fault mother boards in their laptops, they did a recall or extended warrenty on the DV series laptops.

The tx series laptops have the same exact motherboard as the recalled DV series and their for they have the same exact problems as them, yet HP refuses to acknowedge this, and refuses to take care of this problem. So a warning to all out their about Heward Packard products, dont buy them!!!!!

For the ones that already have dead tx 1000 / tx 2000 laptops i have started a petition so please sign it so HP can no longer ignore us!!!
