Complaint Review: Hewett Packard- Gateway

Hewett Packard- Gateway ripoff- purchased from gateway a new printer - it did not work - took amonth to get a replacement- they replaced with a remanufactured printer which does not work - told they only replace with reconditioned products & have no place to send to be repaired- I want my money back or a new printer. purchased from gateway a HP printer 2210- which did not work from the beginning - I finally got a replacement printer, however, I was sent a remanufactured printer which does not work - I have called HP several times all I get is a run around - I have been on the phone for over an hour 4 times - they tell me there is no place to send this printer for repaires &they only replace with remanufactured products - I paid for a new product, I have had to purchase a different printer and the expensive HP 2210 is setting on my desk taking up space - it will not print and it says the machine has a paper jam- there is no jam & no paper in the printer - I want my money back or either a new printer - preferably my money - this is a gateway purchase
