This product is truly a Ripoff. For 700 dollars, you have a PDA that is supposed to also be a communications device comprable to Palm devices.
It is not.

1. The Blue tooth does not work (I have tried 4 different devices and it fails with each.)
2. The WIFI system does not accept or store Keys. It will require a separate key for each time you connect to a secure network.
3. Settings do NOT save when you do a Hard reset. It wipes and will not read saved settings from any card. You have to re-enter them.
4. Telephone service is Totally unreliable. When used in the same area, with the same SIM card being switched between a Motorola 600 and the HP, the HP is apt to drop calls, become muted or silent, or not answer at all.
5. When you attempt to contact HP about the issues, you are referred to Microsoft. When you contact Microsoft, they refer you to HP.
6 When trying to use the synchronization with Outlook, there are "Synchronization Errors" which are not logged for resolution. Thus you cannot find exactly where things are blocked. (Unlike the Palm Pilot systems)

All in all, this is a VERY poor attempt to provide true competition to Palm on their offering and as such should be avoided.
