On purchasing HP Laptop (Presario CQC1-222sa) an HP employe tald me on the phone that I can obtain on their webside an Windows7 upgrade CD which I duly did, paying 21.99 as below. No CD arrived and the Order Tracker & Orders contact telephones are all fauney, unobtainable & unaswerable.


HP sales people deny that they are so & on any inquiry about my payment their line goes dead.


Any help will be appreciated.
