Complaint Review: Hewlet Packard HP

Hp contacted us through email saying our warranty is running out and we can extend it . We called to extend it for 2 years . I tried to get service work 1 year and 1 month during the 2 year extended warranty . Well now they say the 2 years starts from the purchase of the laptop date not after the free 1 year warranty runs out .  When I talked to Hp when buying this warranty they did not say it started in the 1st year that already had 1 year from manufacture warranty on it . So it is not an extended warranty it will cover the 1st year that already ran out and had a free warranty on it . This company is just a big scam . I sent this off  to my attorney
generals office about it being a scam . I hope someone finally puts a stop to HP for doing this practice and getting away with it .
