Hewlett Packard Can not fix laptop-going on 4 months Fremont California
Hp laptop, still under warrant. Lost the display feature on laptop. Icons show on black background on laptop. Can not use wallpaper. Sent to Ca. for repairs. Sent back and fouth 4 times, never repaired. Last time I refused to sign for it knowing it was not repaired. Last tme I had it, it was even worse. Pop up said pc running in slow state. Never did that before. Called 3/26/08, they said they will donate my laptop to someone. This has cost me over $1500.00 and has been going on for 4 months Can someone help me? Thanks!
