Complaint Review: hewlett-packard company

hewlett-packard company i talked to supervisor Ross on 2/2013.the week of the 4th. went on line to have them help me with my hp officejet 4500.,wasn't in warrenty.But they did sell me a refurbished hp 4620 ,broken La Vergne, Tennessee

I had called hp tec. support to help me get my hp officejet4500 printer to work so i can fax,print,scan.They told me if i pay for it.It was out of warranty, but they could update mine to a 4620 reconditoned one for 79.00 and for only 1.00 more a 2 yr. warrenty.So the week of Feb.2013,called for help to hook it up,we could not so the supervisor got on the phone her name was Ross.She guarenteed me she was sending me out another one cause the one they sent was not working.I have all the information from the first one. Now

it is Feb.20th,2013 and still have not got the 2nd printer.I called and it's on hold.I have to send the e-mails that they sent me before they release it. Mean while they have my money.What do i do?I think i got ripped off.
