Hewlett Packard company money for help abused & mistreated rude no help ripoff business from hell internet Boise Idaho
To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing this letter in regards to what happened to me with this company, I purchased a hp scanjet 2200c and I lost the book on it and wanted that and some help as to why my scanner was not coming in color and just black and white. I some how figured out what to do.
But when I called the company for a question they said that it would cost me $25.00 dollars and they don't even have a toll free number to use. I told them I'm sure I paid at lest that in phone bills alone.
When I asked to speak to someone in charge a young man got on the phone and was very rude to me,I just cannot believe that this company did this to me.
I'm so mad that I want to report it to the Better Business Bureau, I'm still upset that I had to deal with them .
I have dealt with other companies and never had this trouble. You can bet I will never buy this product againor any product from this company, they talked to me so rude I still can hardly believe it. You don't pay you don't get help.
What kind of business are they running they can not wait to get your money , but to help you with anything else that is a joke.
Do not buy their product is my advice for that company.

The $25.00 they want is they can keep people on the payroll to talk to people like you. All the info you could possibly need on a 2200c is available on the WEB site. I can't post a link here but here's a sample: hp scanjet 2200c scanner
