Hewlett Packard - Hewlet Packard (HP) Defective design on HP Tx1000 Laptop and we must be refunded full amount Internet

I bought a refurbished HP tx1000 Laptop online and it had a warranty period of 90 days. 



Since HP and NVIDIA both knows the real issues of defective NVIDIA GPU in this series of Notebook, despite that HP sold me the defective designed Laptop which ought to get bad after 90 days warranty period. We  1000s of consumers have not only paid heavy price for this defective piece but also spent 100s hours to get it repaired.



I humbly request you to pursue this case against HP to recall all the series of their defective Laptops as what Toyota has done for their defective cars.



HP must acknowledge this and refund the money along with the time we wasted to resolve for the defective piece to all it's customers who had been facing so much mental torture.
