Hi, i own a V3218la Compaq HP notebook. A few months ago i started having problems when trying to turn it on, so i called HP service and they told me that the problem was a design mistake, so they would take care of the repairs. I must say that the laptop was off warranty, so i was very pleased with this. It was supposed to take only two weeks, but i had to wait for a month and a half.

When it finally came back, everything appeared to work fine, but it didn't, when i use the computer for a wile it crashes and lots of stripes appears on the screen. So i did the obvious, i called HP again, but they told me they wouldn't take care of this because it was a different problem (but they broke it, this problem appeared after they tried to repair the laptop).

After talking to a lot of people, the only thing they did was making a report and telling me that they were going to call me soon. But that call never happened. The worst part is that i need this computer to work, and they made me waste a lot of time.

I am very disappointed considering HP is one of the largest companies in the world, and because of the fact that i'm not the only one with this kind of problems, if you google a little you will find that there are lots of cases like mine, and even worst ones. Thank you for your attention.
