I called HP - HEWLETT PACKARD technician helpline and had already been told by 02 the fault on my laptop was a driver. I was assured by HP helpline that it definately was not a driver - it was as I took it to PC World. I had a man on the phone whom I could not understand or hear. He waffled until I had to stop the conversation. He then informed the charge was 1.50 per minute. The total bill was 35.00 to say pardon about 15 times and to be given the wrong advice.

Do not call this helpline ever as you will receive no help and they get the phone charges sent to them HP. You will get a man who will waffle and give you no help whatsoever. They are making a fortune from these phone calls - it is cheaper to take it to a repair shop.
