I bought an HP Desktop "slim Line" from HP in May 2010.

It has crashed at least six times. Thankfully, I made the recovery disks and was able to get things back with an online backup service. I must have called HP support 20 times. Useless!

No one speaks understandable English and they do not know what is wrong. I suggested at one point it was the horrible Windows 7. Their answer "sorry we cannot help you with that it is not ours we don't support it". Even though they installed it when I ordered the computer. Called Microsoft two months after owning the machine and got "for a fee of $69.95" we can maybe help you. Finally got someone from HP corporate to call with this offer "oh just send it back we'll wipe everything out and start over". Now theres a solution. HP no longer stands behind their products claims it is at the mercy of Microsoft and generally could care less about the average customer. I am currently dumping all my HP products and replacing them with REAL PC's and nothing Microsoft.
