I bought a Hewlett-Packard Pavilion 560 computer from Wal-Mart in March 2002 for $898. It was only a few days after that my customer service nightmares began. The representatives offered varying degrees of helpfulness, from rude to considerate. I couldn't get any compensation except new units of the same computer model. Do NOT buy HP computers!

After a phone call they can't do jack! I might just be stuck with this junky computer after all!
