Hewlett Packard HP Sold me a 800$ laptop, sent it back 3 times already. Refuse to give me a new one. Palo Alto California
I bought a DV6000Z laptop, months later hard drive failed. I Had to pay $300 for a new one. Months later the board fried, they sent me a DV6400A. Sent it back after that board fried, they sent me the same laptop back. 48 hours later the junk board fried my battery. Had to ship it back again!
I lost my job over not having a computer (I am a web & graphics designer).
Seriously I have had the laptop in their shop longer than I have had it at my home. Filed complaint with BBB. HP Refuses to give me a new laptop, will make no effort to compensate me for all the hassle. Spoke with 20 tech support people, customer service, filed complaint with their corporate HQ as the case manager refused to call me back. The lady at the HQ told the case manager what I said, and he called me and confronted me about it.(Borderline harassment.) Will never buy from HP again! My dream computer has turned into a horrific nightmare. Dell will get my business next time.
