 I have been talking to HP "tech Support" (JOKE), for the Last TWO weeks. They seem to be "trained"  to completely  "t" you off. I have to believe this is to get you worn out, in hopes of you dropping the issue.  I bought a CARE PACK, from them, when I purchased my printer, It was for Three Years. From  8/11/2011to 8/11/2014 The "tech Support" is  TOTALLY, a group of people, that are NOT able to solve a problem. They Don't  have the background. This I believe is due to the understaning of English, or as I said above, it HP's way. I called and talked to a Case Mgr, Again not a clue. More "beating around the bush". I then called Corp, in CA.. I taked to HP Executive Dept. . Another "Stall", he referred me to another "case mgr". He didn't try to understand the Two Weeks, I had involed in this MESS. In other words "Pass the Buck" seems to be that Dept's reason to be. It is a "round Robin" way of again, Wearing a person OUT. The printer I have Doesn't work, and Isn't big enough for a Boat Anchor, so it is a LOOSE ,LOOSE thing. But they have your money for the printer, and  the money for your Care Pack. And they LAUGH all the way to the bank.... Well their thinking is, I would Think, "Got another SUCKER!!!" What a way to do people, that purchase your product. The Pres. and CEO, of HP, Needs to Review
this TOTALLY.

VERY SAD.......... so Purchase HP at your own Risk
