Hewlett Packard repair depot incompetent never buy HP Vaughan Ontario

I bought a h.p. laptop in may of 2005 and from day i got it batter was never as strong as it should have been so i eventualy called hewlett packard and they said i would get a new battery but they wanted me to send my laptop to them. Was mad they wanted it but they insisted i send it so i did because i wanted it replace already. They said i would have it back by feb 13 at latest if i sent it right away. By time i had it packed up ready to go it was too late for ups to pick it up that day so i waited till next day and sent it overnigh to them. It looked like they replaced the battery soon as they got it but then instead of sending it back they started replacing motherboard and hard drive for no reason. feb. 15 and i still don't have it back so i phone h.p and they say they are waiting for part i will have it back by feb.22, i am mad but say ok i want it fixed. On feb. 22 they say they waiting for new hard drive now i will have it by weekend. Once again they don't send it so i phone Friday feb.25 and tell them just send it back and when hard drive comes in mail it to me and i will install it my self there was nothing wrong with it anyways, they say ok i get a tracking number from ups and it turns out the depot has no idea how to ship a package. Ups tracking webpage says UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details.

I have no idea how to get my laptop back but at this time i am finding calling them is a waste of time they got no idea what they are doing in repair depot
