Since the day I bought my HP (Hunk of Poo) computer model 525c, I have had nothing but problems with it, from the end task page not coming in all the way to settings changing on their own, to non concern attitudes from the the company's employees about my (so many complaints I can't even remember all of of them.) I called them so many times with NO results that the last time I called was about a year ago, and this is what I was told by a superviser, with the usual Indian accent, saying" hello, my name is Fred, may I help you? YAH RIGHT!! He claimed he was a manager or at least one step above the first person that gets on the phone with you. I must admit that after,(I'm guessing here, 25 phone calls or more to HP he proceeded to say, "Mr.*****. I am going to tell you something that if you should call back and tell my superviser and mention my name, and what I'm about to tell you,I will deny it".

He proceeds to tell me "that when some Microsoft parts were installed into some models of HP computers, the parts did not match up together and that is why you are having these problems".

When I heard that, I went balistic. I spent over or around $1,200 for this Hunk Of Poo. Keep in mind, I was under warranty all this time and I explained to them distinctly that I need to have someone come to my home, to at the very least LOOK at this peice of**** and tell me if there was any hope for it at all.

The reason that I could not have the computer away from my home for any legnth of time, was because I had a business website, and I had to personally monitor it everyday for work coming in.

Well,I finally got to speak to the top bosses at HP and as God as my witness, they basically told me to go to hell, and there was nothing they would do for me. I even resorted to contacting the Better Business Bureau, and they basically told me that I would be waisting my time because HP was too big of a company for me to fight.

To this day, if I am in a store where I see someone wheeling around an HP ANYTHING, I go out of my way to stop and try to talk to them into not buying that particular item. This story is very condenced with-in a two year on-going struggle with these people who "Should NOT" be allowed to produce ANYTHING else, and be shut down, especially now that they are partners with that OTHER looser company. Now you get one BIG PIECE OF ****! P.S.

I AM aware of the class action lawsuit that arose about a year and a half ago or more, which DOES include my model # 525c, however, I serioulsy felt that with a company as big, and as well know as HP, that I would eventually get some kind of restitution on my own, and unfortunatly never joined the lawsuit because, I aslo felt, that I had already learned my lesson, and would NEVER buy ANYTHING with the HP logo on it again in my lifetime, and I never will. Remeber folks... HP stands for: Hunk of POO!
