Hewlett Packard ripoff kept my money and my printer Will not allow any access above case manager Palo ALto California
Boy, these guys take the cake. I struggled for months with their 4 in 1, which someone in India told me was problematic. Finally, I return last unit for refund and they only offered 75% for it, not that they have paid that at all. Amazing attitutude when you try for more help, the people answering phone are actually hostile to you and clearly don't give a s**t. I wouldn't buy from HP again in my life. Any ideas on how to get my money back or how to screw them, is appreciated.
