I have a Hewlett Packard laptop that is approximately one year old. After Windows 10 updates, the computer doesn't recognize my printer and says it's offline or needs to have drivers installed. I follow the virtual agents instructions to no avail. When I ask to speak with a human tech support person, I get NO help. No transfer. NO telephone number. I have spent many hours trying to resolve my printer issues. How do I get to a live person?
