You illustrate how little knowledge in technology you are

All your Credit Card information is not secure even on a Https: server passwords credit cards

The first part illustrates that you know NOTHING about the Internet! Most people do not even know what HTTPS is, but blindly believe that it is secured when a site is using HTTPS. A HTTPS connection is a connection using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is also known as cryptographic protocol used in the communication. It adds an encryption alogrithm in the connection, so that the information passing through server & client is encrypted. If a hacker wants to obtain the credit card information, there are many other ways that are much easier to steal the information on the Internet including infect your computer BEFORE you even made a transaction. Most likely, the information is stolen from a company's database! However, did you use your card online on other sites or even at any other store? If so, you cannot prove that the information is stolen from them.

and Facebook and tweets are all stored in India

Are you seriously naive or else, so that you made a statement like this? If you are talking about their customer service, it may be correct. If you are talking about where the data is stored, then it is a stupid statement. The data is digital and can be stored anywhere its server is. It is unlikely to store data aboard. A data center of any region is usually in the same area. If you live in the U.S. and your data is stored in India, it takes forever to retrieve/save/copy the data, and that's the bad. Then if it is in the cloud, the data center can be anywhere and not at ONE place either (in pieces and stored in multiple places)! Furthermore, the data will be encrypted in the form that would take an expert to gather all of the data and decrypt it. So claiming that the data is in India is showing that you are bitter from customer service and angry, and then you invent a false information on the Internet.

Does, HP's warranty indeed require purchase from an authorized vendor?  If so, they have a lot of company in the business world.

Exactly what "civil rights" of yours are/were violated?  I guess that could involve the EEOC or other Federal agencies.

BTW, what in the world does " US Navy Veteran" have to do with any of this?  Do they ONLY treat U.S. Navy veterans this way? If so, it's a valid comment, if not, it's just to garner support for your cause.
