Complaint Review: Hewlett Pooper

I purchased a HEWLETT POOPER A256C p.c. for$1600.00 no printer. It was a NITEMARE upon plug-in. Today 1-15-04 it is 8 weeks young and has been to the "POOPER" repair shop twice. Thus I have had possesion for 5 weeks of which at least180 hours have been on the phone with a "POOPER" technition(s.)I also have at least 30 hrs. with Microsoft @$35.00 per hour=$1050.00 DOLLARS. I am waiting to here from H.P. today as wether they will replace the computer. They have refused so far. Problems I have are: Crashes(everyday) the Nvidea is the crash analysis, It freezes everyday, I encounter "errors" all day,Motive Smart Bridge "must shut down, Cannot configure,ECT...The bottom line DO NOT BUY HEWLETT POOPER EQUITMENT.
