My story is nearly identical to Sharon's. I ordered some free samples of their adult incontinence briefs. I told them they did not fit me and I wasn't interested in their product. A few weeks later I received an order from them. When I called to complain they said "you received our samples so that means you agreed to buy our product." The agent refused to discuss the matter or transfer me to a manager. I had to call back several times over 7 days before I finally got someone to agree to refund my purchase, and she promissed they would not send me any more.

She was so nice that she convinced me to let them send me some more samples. I tried those and those did not work either. I called the same person back and she told me they would not send me any more.

Two or three months later, on May 3rd, 2018, I received an email to please update my credit/debit card with them because it was about to expire, and I ignored this email. On May 22 they sent me an email thanking me for my order, and they took $52.47 out of my account. I did not receive this email because I was in the hospital. The order was delivered on May 30th, while I was still in the hospital so I was unaware of the order.

I got another delivery today, Thursday June 28th. They took another $52.47 out of my account on June 22. I have not been home since mid may because I went from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility and expect to be there several months recovering from surgery. I have limited access to the Internet so I did not receive any of the emails from them, but regardless, I was told I would never receive another shipment from them.
