Not sure of his current address or if Amerivision is the correct name of his new company, but it is hard to keep track of a guy who keeps opening and closing businesses and bank accounts. Earlier this year he was Nss Financial Services. He has a well earned reputation as a disastrous businessman. Do not give him any money and do not authorize him to sign anything on your behalf. He is known for bouncing checks. There are many reputable financial services/loan modification and shortsale companies to do business with. Stay far away from Hezi Torati.

Please take notice that Hezi Torati, NSS Financial Services LLC, Amerevision Capital, LLC, and Amerevision Research, LLC (“Plaintiffs”) have initiated an action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York County of New York, Case Index No. 157177/2013 (the "Action"), due to false and defamatory statements made by you. In the Action, Plaintiffs subpoenaed the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC to reveal your identity and to obtain additional information related to the messages that you have posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under this pseudonym, or any other pseudonym.
You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena.
