Stay away from Hezi Torati !!!!! He is a professional scam artist. He specializes in short sale, loan modification, and real-estate related scams and ripoffs. I gave him $10,000 upon signing a contract to get short-sale approval on a property that I was supposed to buy. To cut a long story short, I found out that he never did any work on my file. For almost two years I have been asking for updates or to have my money returned to me; all I got was lies, excuses and even threats directed at me and my employees. He gave me a company check however that company was closed. I know for a fact there are other victims out there.
Hezi Torati is a professional thief. Never do business with him. Never give him any money. He charges money upfront for illegal services he will never perform. He bounces checks left and right. He changes companies often. Amerivision and NSS Financial are two companies I know about. Both are phony just like he is. Stay away from Hezi Torati !!!!

In the Action, Plaintiffs subpoenaed the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC to reveal your identity and to obtain additional information related to the messages that you have posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under this pseudonym, or any other pseudonym.
You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena.
