HF Bio FT Company claims to send you a free claim, sends a bottle plus an additional item you never orders and charges you fees plus shipping for both. Company then charges you for another shipment 2 weeks later. We you call to complain, they tell you that the items you received were not free trials. You ask for their address to return the products, they say they're send it within 24 hours but never do. St Petersburg Florida
I found the advertisement for BioFit free trial online. The advertisement offers a free trial and you only have to pay for shipping. After you select the BioFit free trial other products popup but i hit escape without selecting any of them. A week later i receive the BioFit in the mail along with BioCleanse which i did not order. After receiving both prdducts i immediately call the telephone number and complain about it. The person on the telephone says to try them both, i keep them both because it would cost me more than they had charged to sent it back or so i thought until i see they tried to charge my credit card for 79.99 two weeks later. I called back to the number, and complain. The agent who answers says i have 30 days to return the items, i told them i would be sending them back within 3 days and i would be reporting them for fraud. I asked the agent 3 times to send me a return address so that i can ship the products back. I still have not received a shipping label.
