This bank puts you through a process. They tell you file for hardship program, that they can help you. Than you send supporting documents and than get deny letter due to no documents were available. Are you kidding me. After you confirmed receiving all documents then say wait ten days for decision to tell me I didn't qualify because my paperwork was not sent. Then refuse to take my monthly payments so I can owe and be backed up on payments so bank can foreclose on you or take court action. Where is the real help we need not some HUD counselor who does same thing you do by faxing and calling. ENOUGH ! Where is the state attorney when you need them.
