I purchased a Sirius S50 back in August 2006. I purchased a home docking station exactly one week later. I had my Sirius S50 for exactly 3 1/2 weeks. The system quit working and would not power on. I called Sirius first and they told me to contact HH Gregg to replace. I contacted HH Gregg and they told me to bring the unit back for an exchange. I went to the store and switched the unit (MP3 Player part) out. I tried the new unit on the home docking station and the home docking station would not work. So I called them back and they could not locate another home docking station in the Charlotte area. They told me to bring the unit back and they would refund my money back. So I take the unit back and get a refund for the unit. After having my new unit for only two weeks the S50 will not power on again. So I call them back and they said we would switch it out again. I asked the lady on the phone if they were having problems with the S50 and she said no...never. You're the only one! I got mad about this response and I call Sirius. They told me they are having major problems with the S50. Sirius told me to switch the docking station and mp3 player together. I went back to HH Gregg and the manager that assisted me before was working. He took great care of me and wished me luck on the unit. The assistant manager at this location was very helpful and provided great service. I went to the store in a very bad mood after the lady's remark. He gave me excellent service and took care of my problem. This time he switched the car unit and the mp3 player out and it has worked fine (it has been only 3 weeks). Overall HH Gregg took care of me other than one employee's smart remark.
