HH Gregg Incompetent Staff at HH Gregg! Augusta Georgia

The staff at HH Gregg in Augusta are rude and incompetent. I was charged for an item that I didn't need and when I tried to return it, it was returned for a lower price than I paid for it. I visited the store to have the issue resolved and the cashier ran my credit card 5 times and she still didn't credit my account properly. After going to the store a total of 4 times the problem was finally rectified. Charlene, the cashier did ask Steve (one of the floor managers) for assistance and he blew her off.

The transaction should have taken about 3 minutes and I was in the store for an hour and a half. Steve is very rude and when I told him that my entire lunch break had been wasted due to his staff members incompetence. He kept apologized profusely, but it wasn't generous. On my 4th visit to the store I spoke with Ken the Operations Manager and he finally gave me the correct refund.

I am normally a faithful Best Buy customer and I decided to give HH Gregg a try, but I will not make that mistake again.
