HH GREGG - MITSUBUSHI - NORMAN ELECTROINICS I have had a tv not working now for 49days. they have replaced bulb,signal board and optical engine and now wants to replace the signal board again. they have made 3 attempts to repair with no repair.the tv is 8 months old and also bought the 5yr extended warranty. On 11/23/07 I purchased a mitsubushi 52 inch dlp tv with 5 yr extended warranty. on july 12,2008 the tv would not power up. i contacted hh gregg and they give me the number to call to request service which was norman electronics in atlanta,ga. on july 23,2008 they replaced bulb no fix. on aug,1,2008 they replaced signal board no fix. on aug 27,2008 they replaced optical engine no fix. now the factory wants them to replace the signal board again. when i call someone they want to give me someone else to call and so on while i am still stuck with a tv not worth a crap and a bunch of engineers that are trying to fix something that they have not seen. I am no engineer but i dont think trying to replace new parts with new parts is verry smart. they could have stood behind their product and spent less money in service calls and parts and just replaced the tv. hh greggs replacement policy is for crap don't be fooled like i was on how they would replace no questions asked.
