I got my home theater unit back after 17 weeks hope it works good.company called when I was getting ready for work,wife went and picked up . No apology or anything for taking so long.Will not buy from HH Gregg ever again or recomend them to anyone.

HH Gregg doesn't personally do repairs, Tops electronics does them for anyone who brings stuff in. Any delay is not HH greggs fault. More than likey Tops had to get the part needed to fix it. You may not like to hear this but thats the answer
