HH Gregg rip-off! They failed to tell us the warranty is only valid for private individuals - not companies. Brookpark Ohio
My company recently purchased a freezer from HHGregg. This appliance had a 12 month manufactors warranty. However the salesperson neglected to inform us that this warranty was nullifed once it was purchased by any company or business.
Needless to say within the first twelve months the freezer went on the fritz. We called HHGregg for repair. We were given a repair confirmation number and scheduled for service within 72 hours. When asked about a fee, we were informed this service was free of charge per the one year warranty.
The techncian came out and informed us that he required payment upfront. We rebuffed his payment request because of prior confirmation. We then contacted HHGregg repair office and the person stated, there was nothing that could be done about the situation. Therefore, my company is left with no cold freezer.
