It clearly reads on HHgregg form that the rebate check will be mailed to me within 8 weeks. I mailed the rebate form on April 16th, 2002...It is now August 22, 2001. Its been 4 months now, and i still have not rec my check.

Sure, there is an 800 number to call...Its an automatic line, I have left a message, they did return my call, I have sent them an email, they did reply back.

The only answer I rec is...yes, they do have my form, everything is correct, my rebate is in process. If I had known that it was going to take several months to rec my check, I would have waited for Best Buy. I wont ever trust or buy anything from HHGregg again.

I can understand your fustration with this situation. Please know that the company that handles the rebates is not HHGregg, we have an outside company that handels this just as Best Buy and all other companies in retail. If you go back to the store you purchased this CD player at and explained it to the manager there I am sure he/she would not mind giving you your rebate to make you happy. Gregg's strives to make their customers happy and is willing to do just about anything to make they a Gregg's customer. Test me on this
