This will be the fourth carpet that will be installed in my 2003 Hyundai Elantra The carpet is stained as if water filled the interior of the car On 10/13/04 I had the carpet replaced when the workers did not put the car back together I had many screws missing which left the console lose and seat parts missing( and the stains came back)
I had called Consumer Assistance and Douglas told me to take it back to Gosch Hyundai again to have the carpet replaced again So I did

On 3-18-05 I returned back to Gosch Hyundai in Hemet Took another day off of work only to be told nine hours latter that the new carpet was stained and they were going to have to replace it again I don't know why they would take my car apart and put stained carpet in to replace the stain carpet I allready have?

I Called Douglas back and told thim about the carpet and He acted as if I should be happy that they were going to replace the carpet again, I explained that I woukd have to take a day off of work with out pay and had concerns on the screws being taken in and out that they would not hold, because I am a women he acted if I was crazy He was a total unprofesional jurk and was no help at all
I still waiting for carpet replacement # 4

I had an arbitration on the carpet and damage Gosch dealership did to the car. The arbitrator who worked with the hyundai manufacturer before, thats not right as it states in the rule book, I knew the out come right their. She keep refering to the age of the car it is not even two years old, and the first time I said something was at 7779 miles after that the dealer Gosch Hyundai did all the damage.

I feel this is a one sided, It is all about the car maker has nothing to do with the customer It is the manufacturer who pays for this it is another way to protect the big busniess and give it to the little guy

If any one reads this Please don't even go to this BBB Auto line it realy is just a way for the manufacturer to have this for protection, if you take them to court.

It is one sick system, and maybe some day the state will see this but Please take it from me it is not to help you it is all for the Manufacturer and they will use it in court as evidence for the manufcturer Even if the manufacturer telles mistruths during this hearing Please protect your self ,stay away from the BBB Auto Line

all Hyundai carpet looks stained just put mats down and live with it

April 20,2005 Had the car back to have yet another carpet replaced at Gosch Hyundai Hemet CA
This carpet is just as bad as the carpet they took out
Now they say all Hyundai carpet looks stained just put mats down and live with it
After all this I have big scraches in the trim, that they did puting in the carpet
The seats had gress on them and are so nasty
Kevin the assistant service manager at hyundai told me he was not on this at the start that Bob took care of this and now they let Bob go
He told me to call the manager Mike Farias in the AM
It so sad I use to have a new car befor I took it in for service
Now it looks like a pack of pigas own it
