Attention Tom and Debbie Hightower:
I have placed repeated requests for you to provide your insurance information to me as a measure to seek medical care and loss of use of my person due to your failure to maintain my unit to a safe and healthy standard of living. Unfortunately you decided to illegally evict me versus doing the honorable thing of making me whole. I have a solid basis for moving forward against you in any way shape or form. Now that you have successfully made me indigent and without proper legal representation as of yet, I have no choice but to act as my own attorney and am filing criminal charges against you for your illegal ignorance in maintaining my unit and your failure to make even a single repair yet multiple request had been placed and I have witnesses and documentation to back up all of my allegations.
I am a Ward of the State of Nebraska and a Disabled American Veteran and will not rest until I am certain you will never treat another tenant the way you treated me. I am unable to find housing since you evicted me and am legally homeless as a result of your illegal behavior. I have placed numerous request for documents covering both of my units that I and my estranged spouse rented
from you. You have failed to provide anything to me.
You mailed very important documents to the unit having full knowledge that my medical aide only checked my PO Box and this was well known to all including yourself that I never used the units mailing address and you always received my mail addressed with my PO Box and I am absolutely certain you will be totally unable to provide anything I ever mailed listing the unit as a return address. This is deception and was used in the basis of illegally evicting me. Now I am mailing this letter to the
Papillion Police Department and all 24 of your tenant apartments and I am going to file criminal charges against you for loss of my person and theft.
I am sending this registered mail to your home address which is where every tenant is instructed
to send their rent checks to and I expect that you will sign for this letter or it will be on file as refused and further support your neglect of my person and your responsibility as my landlord to provide safe harbor in exchange for my rent that was always paid on time. You have yet to declare why you evicted me and I cannot understand what your basis for doing so was other than my 5 personal injuries reported to you time and time again. Please explain to the court system why you are not providing your insurance to me so that I may obtain medical care for these injuries.

Tom see you in court on November 20, 2012. No one will rent to me because you evicted me because I reported a lethal CARBON MONOXIDE LEAK to you for 4 months that you finally fixed only after BLACK HILLS ENERGY OF PAPILLION AND OMAHA NEBRASKA MADE YOU FIX BY SHUTTING MY ACTIVE AND PAID UP APARTMENT DOEN UNTIL EMERGENCY REPAIRS WERE MADE. THEN YOU EVICTED ME!

Tom I forgot about the roaches from the downstairs neighbor
before you evicted her due to her mental illness. I also forgot about my asking
for my state authorized handicap parking for 4 years due to the parking
problems of all the neighbors using my spot since you would not designate it as
even being a tenant spot let alone a disabled American Veterans spot that
always paid her rent. So Tom you are on the drug board. Does this have anything
to do with my adult son and his activities that you had privileged information
to? Or is this how you pick your tenants. And tom I see Debbie owns a
remodeling business and you co-own and you are charging these prices for YOUR
maintenance issues. I am also concerned why you are charging me $100.00 to mow
grass. Where in my apartment rental lease did it state I pay for mowing grass
in an upstairs unit that did not even have grass access? Tom you came into my
apartment while I was in the shower. Stating Ooops I thought you were gone. No
Tom I wasn't gone. Tom you never fixed the lock on my front door or the outer
security door and I paid and continued to pay $750.00 for this??? Tom your
dryers stink and so does your broken dishwashers. Tom your 1970's appliances
have seen better days. So you used rotting pears that my medical aide left on
my patio as cause. Tom seriously! I went out and saw dried fruit and you stated
it took you how many hours to hose it down? Tom why did you never return phone
calls? Tom now you know why I would only communicate with you via text
messaging. Tom I have notified all of your tenants what to expect when they
move out. Tom nothing was damaged in that apartment. Tom do you know what my
military clearance level was. Of course not. Do you know who pays me monthly
visits to check my PTSD for those nonmilitary POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER
status is??? Of course you do not. Tom they visited 2 weeks before you pulled
this stunt. Whom do you think called me the morning you pulled this stunt of 5
minutes to grab my cat birds and bible and get out and instructed me to
immediately take photos of my entire apartment and I did Tom. Smerking. Tom did
you like that quiet little eviction with the entire Papillion Police Department
present. I this what you expected Tom. Lawn Mowing seriously Tom? Your lawn
looks like crap and for Goodness sake pick up the evicted neighbors cig butts I
reported to you time and time again. I noticed how fast you fixed the garage
fire since you were changing insurance companys. Wish you cared about us so
much. Tom you never pick up trash and you threw my $100.00 chair away even
after I told you it was mine and it was nowhere near the dumpster. I climbed in
that dumpster Tom with all my broken bones from service and dug it out. Tom you
are my focus for the rest of my life. You banned me from my property and they
the company mu x hired against my wishes of Two Men and a Truck, All my Sons
Moving and Storage broke everything. My dead mothers bird collection from
National Geo and my 3 year old hand print. I was an artist Tom and they broke
all my stained and fused glass. Tom they even broke my kiln for making my art!
We Care Claims is now playing games with me since my renters insurance Assurant
refuses to compensate me for the 5 personal injuries and the broken property
under my $20,000 policy. I must now fight this company with 3 pages of
complaints on Google. Your wife works for Omaha Urban Planning and this is how
you treat your tenants. Tom hows that Mansion working out for you? I see how
you bought it now. Off the backs of the working class!!! Tom you have this much
money and your son went bankrupt?
