Double-brokered my freight. Driver was 12 hours late on a 7 hour trip. I was told an hour and a half out for the last 8 hours of the delivery. It cost my customer $100,000 in fines and it cost me both a customer and a way to make a living.

After the problem became more than the owner wanted to deal with, she stopped taking calls and sent everything to voicemail.
