Complaint Review: hi-tek hi tek sign shop hi-tech hi tech sign shop

I ordered 4 very simple vinyl decals for a car from Hi-tek, which they had done in the past, this was back in mid-September (over 3 weeks ago).

The first time they made the decals they were done the next day (unusual), and they were not made properly. I made them aware and I was promised again and again that the proper design would be found, or made, and printed, by the next day. I emailed pictures, gave measurements, descriptions, etc etc, etc, and was also promised they would do whatever it takes to get this done. When I did get ahold of them, I asked them what is needed of me to get this simple task completed. They said all measurements/pictures of the decals had to be sent again (3 times now). After that,  I was told daily that the decals would be done the next day, or later the same day. I stopped over to the shop several times to find them incomplete, and get the excuse again, "they will be done tomorrow".  The owner even contacted me last friday and apologized, and promised something by monday. It is wednesday and still nothing. I am done with them.

At this point they will not return my calls or emails...which was a problem from day one, except for one occasion.  I have been very nice and patient with them, never raised my voice or complained until now.  I have called, left messages on both cell phones and office phones, with various people...none of which have been returned with so little as a status update.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Since these decals are for a car, I now have a $4,000 job sitting idle in the body shop thanks to waiting some 3 weeks on a set of $20 decals from hi-tek. I know it takes no more than 5 minutes to print these out. I stood there and watched them print these in the past.

 I cant believe I am getting this kind of service from Hi-tek sign shop. A simple "i dont have time" or "I cant print these for you" would have sufficed instead of dicking me around for 3 weeks.

 I will NEVER use Hi-tech sign shop again, over some $20 stickers. I used to do alot of business with them. They seem to have no desire to make it right either. Never again.

This is the worst service I have received in a very long time. Terrible, terrible customer service...ignoring people and b/sing them around for weeks is no way to do business, either you can do it or you cant...avoid this place!!

I have given up on them  and called a real decal shop...they had my decals done in an hour....talked to a few others that had work done by Hi-tek sign shop (hi-tech, hi tech) in the following days, and they all had complaints....hi-tek better stay away from car decal work, or get their sh*t straight....
