I purchased a desk for $1786.58 from Hibashi Furniture online on 2/17/22. The style and color were specified on the order. When I received the desk 3 months later it was the wrong color. They acknowledged their mistake said they would send a replacement desk and would pickup the original desk at that time. In mid September the replacement desk arrived but the trucker new nothing about picking up the original desk. When I opened the packing on the replacement desk I found it was the correct color but the wrong style desk. I contacted Rini at Hibashi to please pick up both desks as I was in the process of moving to another town. No response. I contracted Freight Quote to pick up both desks and ship them back to Hibashi. I paid $1241 in shipping charges. I would like Hibashi to credit my BofA credit card for the cost of the desk. They should reimburse the shipping costs as well as their warranty states they would pay the freight for returned items.
