I placed an order for a Flower Of Life Silver Pendant on 8/22/2010. I used a debit card and the money was taken from my account right away. However, this item was never shipped. I have been trying to correspond with this company ever since. They ignore my emails. Their customer service page gives a phone number for Morpeth United Kingdom.

After several email attempts to get an answer since August 2010, Amanda finally responded on December 13, 2010 with this "I am so sorry about your order and lack of correspondence! We have had many problem here and are trying to sort out all our back orders now.  I can issue you a full refund, or can still send your order."

I responded that I wanted a full refund. I have still not received the refund and I continue to try to get a response from this merchant, but to no avail.

Do not do business with this company. They are selling non-existent merchandise and collecting the money of trusting customers!
