Complaint Review: Hiday & Ricke

Hiday Ricke placed a Garnishment on my bank account that is a joint account with someone who has nothing to do with the credit card in question.  They had a lien on my previous home and when it was forclosed they received funds from the resale of the home. (which they state the didnt receive anything) yet the court house states they did.

They wont talk to me because I had an attorney talk to them when the contacted me in 2017, we agreed to payments for 6 months and then we would look at my financials and go from there.l  I sent the financial affidavit and a letter stating there was no longer an attorney representing me.  

Oh by the way.....l This is from 1999!!!!  I have a daughter living with me who just gave birth to a new born and I do not have insurance of my own, yet I have lots of medical issues and I told all this to Hiday Ricke.  Obviously they have no heart its all about the money.  Now I have no bank account because they have froze them, and all my bill payments that are scheduled for auto pay will now be returned causing even further grief for me.

I am at a loss, Not sure where to go or what to do!!! I dont need any further anxiety Yet Hiday Ricke has added more to my life, would of gone to the hospital last night due to the anxiety attach but cant afford another hospital bill, especially now that I dont have a bank account any more.

Any and all advise would be awesome.
