Complaint Review: hidden creek realty

I feared for my life when I lived near Rosemary and Ralph Hofer of Hidden Creek Realty Company.  They treated me terrible as a buyer of their property.  They kept foreclosing on me even though I was just two weeks late on a payment.  She and Ralph even told me during the signing and observed by our lawyer that they would never seek a foreclosure on person’s property until they were two to three months late on payments.  (Like regular financers).  They both lied to me and treated my horrible.  The lawyer was even present at the signing and witnessed what they said to me as a legal fact.  They constantly misrepresented everything they told to me.  I would not recommend the Hofer’s at all for anything.  I think they are dangerous people.
