Hide My IP Buggy software, not as advertised, total ripoff and waste of money, NO customer service San Diego, California
I purchased Hide My IP 5.3 today for $29.95, PLUS $2.95 for "unlock code protection" PLUS $74.95 for their "premium service add-on" for 12 months ($107.35 total). DO NOT buy this software, people! It is a total ripoff. The software is buggy and will slow down and/or crash your computer as well as your internet browser. It is NOT as advertised!
I tried calling customer service several times, and of course, no one was available. I've left 2 messages so far and have nort received a response (surprise, surprise!). I am currently working with my credit card company to reverse the charges for this BOGUS, USELESS software.
Again, DO NOT waste your time and money! DO NOT deal with this company!
