Complaint Review: HIDKITSPRO

This company sells a bad product under the terms of a lifetime Warranty.  If you try to contact Customer support you get a recording that hangs up.  If you look up the address to the company on the web it does not exist.  They use a bot service to chat online it will either be Jason or Alex...  (same person)  Same result that a CS rep will contact you via email.  This never happens at all.  Luckyly enough my product worked for months till a ballast blew out.  When I looked up my info to send it in that is wheny the fun started.

hidkitxenonlights.com , hidkitspro.com AND xenonpro.com ,  All these sites have the same fraud on them.  Please please blog this and pass it around that these sites are all traps.  They will keep your money and send our parts thar are bad..
