I ordered 2 subwoofers and 1 capacitor (for car audio use) from HiFiSoundConnection. I received only the capacitor from my order. I tried to call customer service to inquire about my order. The Service Rep was rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back and found that my number had been blocked. I repeated this with my cell phone - same result. I later called from my office phone and got the same result again. Now I have 3 phone numbers that are blocked from calling HiFiSound. I would like HiFiSound to refund the entire cost of both subwoofers and any associated shipping.

search BBB.org for HiFiSoundConnection. They have a dismal record.
