I have never had this happen to me in all the years I have shopped on the internet; my credit card has been charged and I cannot track my order, call the company or email the company. A phone number is listed on my Credit Card statement and the number is no longer in service. I am devastated. not sure what to do next to get my $$ back, or better yet, the cute product.

There is no way to contact them so cancel the card you used and dispute the charge. This is an eventuality. And its only going to get worse!! The criminals are counting on YOU being too lazy to go out of your house and shop locally. So THEY will continue to do this!! The ONLY WAY to ensure YOU dont get ripped off is to NOT SHOP ONLINE! Or at least stick with reputable sites like Amazon. Most of your big box stores are also secure. Sorry to hear that you got SCAMMED but as I said its an eventuality. Its like russian roulette. Eventually you get to the last chamber with the bullet in it.
