Complaint Review: High Class Universe

High Class Universe I noticed the advertisement on Facebook and placed an order for 3 of their puppy banks on 11/23/16. I received an email from the company stating, thanks for my order and I would receive a notification when it has been sent. I have not received any further communication from the company and I have sent two follow-up emails to the company to ask about the shipment of my order and have not received a response. I responded to an advertisement on Facebook, regarding these really cute puppy banks.  The price per bank was only $21.99, so I ordered 3 on 11/23/16.  I received an email stating my order had been received and I would receive another notice when my order was ready for shipment.  However, I have not received another communication from the company, nor have I received my order.  I have sent two follow-up emails to company requesting a status on my order, but have not received a reply.
