On November 24, 2016,  I ordered two doggy banks from High Class Universe and was charged $43.98 on my credit card. They were never delivered. I sent two emails to the company inquiring about my purchase. There was never a response.

There are at least a couple of hundred complaints about this company taking the money and not delivering the product. The website has already been removed. I saw it when it was up and it was clearly a scam (brand new website with no legitimate contact info, template style).  Hopefully, your credit card will refund the amount you charged. For safety, you should cancel the credit card and get a replacement one with a different number (I would). To me, it looks like they were phishing for your personal info to use for ID Theft at some future time - in addition to taking the funds. Be careful.
